The past 29 hours have been sleepless to say the least.
- 8 Hours of filming
- 10 hours of editing
- 4 Bottles of red wine
- A pot of coffee, and two talented friends Kevin Zacher and Matt Robinson.
The idea was sparked from an art piece I finished several months ago and I can’t even begin to describe the feelings I felt during this project.
It was an amazing evoke of emotion to take an image from my head, put it onto paper, and then direct it on film. I’m hooked and already preparing for several more art based productions. Stay tuned!
Here is the spec we’ve entered in an international Diesel Jean ad campaign contest.

A launch party has been planned for the second series of pillows. If you missed the last one here is your second chance. The venue is downtown in the hip art loft area, a very cool area to come have some dinner, a drink, and fall asleep on some pillows. I hope you see you there!

I had the privilege to work with Director Pete Macomber at his Serum Lab studios last week. His mission: to create a 15 second commercial for a Pillsbury contest. The talent: A Ninja actress played by Andrea Bogart , and I was on the creative team and provided the voice over. We literally put the other submissions into submission. Enjoy!

Thanks to all that came out and supported the arts. It was a huge success! 300+ attended and several pieces were sold. Now it’s back to the drawing board for a new series of ideas.

LA Matadora is a new illustration I finished over the weekend. The idea came to me after frequently crossing Lincoln blvd. in Venice. One day in particular I walked my bike through the cross walk. While most cars stopped one charged through. I literally had to swing my bike over my head in order for the car to miss me. I felt like a Matador pulling the cape away from a raging bull. “LA Matadora” is the the female version of my experience. Enjoy!
